We create and build flexible and transparent procurement processes for our respective customers. Our role is to facilitate a structured connection between qualified buyers and reputable refinery supply sources while maintaining appropriate documentation, verification and transaction procedures.
We focus on access, verification, quality, risk management and transaction coordination.
Sardar Neft operates as a procurement and mandate company. Our role is not to present ourselves as a refinery or producer.

06How procurement works
Nine stages, one closed loop.

- 01Buyer Requirement The buyer submits the required product, quantity, destination and transaction requirements.
- 02Initial Review Sardar Neft reviews the submitted requirement to determine whether it corresponds with an available procurement opportunity.
- 03Documentation Required buyer and transaction documentation is submitted for review.
- 04Verification The applicable information and documentation are subject to verification and due diligence.
- 05Refinery Review The qualified transaction is presented to the applicable refinery or supply source.
- 06Allocation Subject to approval and availability, the refinery allocation is confirmed.
- 07Commercial Process The transaction proceeds according to the applicable commercial procedure.
- 08Inspection & Logistics Applicable inspection, storage, transportation and delivery requirements are coordinated.
- 09Delivery Product delivery proceeds according to the agreed transaction terms.
An allocation should not be considered confirmed until the applicable refinery or authorized supply source has completed its required approval and confirmation process.
