We collect the information you choose to submit through this website:
- Inquiry, buyer registration and mandate forms — company and contact details and the procurement information you enter. These forms are processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to Sardar Neft by email.
- Newsletter — your name (optional) and email address, stored on our web server in a location that is not publicly accessible.
- Live chat — messages you send through the Tidio chat widget are processed by Tidio.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own terms.
How we use it
We use the information to review and respond to procurement inquiries, mandate and buyer submissions, to carry out the verification described on this website, and — if you subscribed — to send the newsletter. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep submitted information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry or relationship and to meet applicable legal requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, by emailing sales@sardarneft.kz.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Tidio chat widget, and forms are submitted to Formspree. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
