The product portfolio includes diesel, jet fuel, gasoline, fuel oil, LNG/LPG, methanol, light cycle oil, bitumen, crude oil and marine gas oil, subject to availability and applicable refinery requirements.
Can any company purchase through Sardar Neft?
Procurement opportunities are subject to qualification, documentation, verification, refinery approval and product availability.
How does the procurement process work?
The buyer submits a requirement; Sardar Neft reviews it; documentation is submitted and verified; the qualified transaction is presented to the applicable refinery or supply source; subject to approval and availability the allocation is confirmed; and the commercial process, inspection, logistics and delivery follow according to the agreed terms.
What documentation may be required?
Depending on the transaction: company registration documents, buyer identification, corporate information, purchase documentation, product and delivery requirements, storage and inspection documentation, and other transaction-specific documents.
When is a refinery allocation confirmed?
An allocation should not be considered confirmed until the applicable refinery or authorized supply source has completed its required approval and confirmation process.
Can a company become a mandate?
Yes. Qualified companies may submit a mandate inquiry for review.
Are all products continuously available?
No. Product availability depends on refinery allocation, supply conditions, quantity, destination and applicable transaction requirements.
