Transaction Process
How procurement works
From the buyer's requirement to delivery: the nine stages of a Sardar Neft procurement transaction.

Procurement procedure
Each transaction follows a defined sequence. A refinery allocation is not considered confirmed until the applicable refinery or authorized supply source has completed its approval and confirmation process.
- 01
Buyer Requirement
The buyer submits the required product, quantity, destination and transaction requirements.
- 02
Initial Review
Sardar Neft reviews the submitted requirement to determine whether it corresponds with an available procurement opportunity.
- 03
Documentation
Required buyer and transaction documentation is submitted for review.
- 04
Verification
The applicable information and documentation are subject to verification and due diligence.
- 05
Refinery Review
The qualified transaction is presented to the applicable refinery or supply source.
- 06
Allocation
Subject to approval and availability, the refinery allocation is confirmed.
- 07
Commercial Process
The transaction proceeds according to the applicable commercial procedure.
- 08
Inspection & Logistics
Applicable inspection, storage, transportation and delivery requirements are coordinated.
- 09
Delivery
Product delivery proceeds according to the agreed transaction terms.
